What tubing size do you use?

7/16's is nice, I think if your case is not too big then 7/16's is fine but if you have a large case then the 1/2 in my opinion look better.

Fractal design arc midi.
cpu, gpu and mobo going water, 1 x rx360 and 1x ex240 rads.
13/19mm a bit tight in places fittings wise. 16mm might do though.

Im finally decided on 3/8-1/2.
just managed to get hold of a couple fittings i had laying around. Look just right.
now then, bitspower, alphcool, ek, kool...... lol :D

On my last build i had a mixture of 3/8-5/8, 1/2-3/4 and 7/16-5/8 and even some 8mm onto the OCZ h2o mem, basically i used which ever tubing allowed it to remain clampless onto the barbs.

Current rig using 1/2-3/4 all standarb barbs and clamped nothing fancy :)

I think he means 3/8 tubing over 1/2 barbs. A lot ot people like to use 7/16 tubing over 1/2 barbs.

Could just be 1/16" thick tube rather than 1/8" thick with 3/8"ID 5/8"OD. That would be easier to fit over a 3/8" barb.

I am just planning my first w/c build and have 3/8" / 5/8" to start.

11/16 (7/16-5/8) here. Small'ish case (Antec900, not really watercoolable) + failing to plan well = frankenstein with half of things hangin' outside. Good bend of the tubes though.
