Begbie you should make a trip down the Coed Llandegla . Thats the best trail Ive ridden. Loved that place and the food is amazing.

Already got that planned for next weekend ;)

Looks like a right good trail. What ones did you do? Red?

Better than Laggen?

It's astonishing how quickly your cycling fitness increases, a month or so back I was hanging on climbs (like getting off pushing hanging) and now I can do 3-4 times the distance riding!

Hope everyone had a brilliant day out, just took a spin around the Monkey trail at Cannock today and all I can say is how nice the day was, lots more of this in the year please!

Ordered my new low friction bushes for the RP2 from mojo wednesday, still havent heard a bean today :-(. Also wondering how to get my old knackard DU bush out the RP2 eyelet, might cut it out from the inside very slowly with just a hacksaw blade or file. I dare not wack it as the eyelet looks to be made of cast ally, probably wouldnt survive a wack! The old bush is proper done over though, should have been replaced along time ago. I've read some people use needle bearings instead of DU bushes and I can see why, the bush is abit of a silly idea!

Fitting the new bushes couldnt be easier though: http://www.mojo.co.uk/lfb.html

So in love with hardtailing at the moment, can't be asked getting the DH bike out.

Can't wait to get my Shan, though the BFE has stolen my heart :(

Had a smashing day yesterday at Cannock, weather was great too!

Had my first 'off' landed of my head! Don't know how people can go around trails without a helmet I would've been a lot worse off without one.

Think I was going way too fast for my ability, also reckon the rebound was set to fast. Need to have a play about with it!

Weather was great at Greno Woods as well. I enjoyed the Kwela29 a lot actually, I'm not used to being able to climb so easily. The Rapid Rob tyres were hilarious in the mud though, I was sliding all over!

Went Sherwood Pines this morning to take the missus and kid out. He loved his new trailer. I had it on my Canyon for a little while but the pedal bob was immense with it, nearly un-ridable. I hooked the trailer up to her hardtail and you hardly noticed anything was attached.

Even though my shock bush was knackard the bike felt better than it has in along time. New chain, cassette and sorting out the broken brake mount washers has gave it a new lease of life. Also the Sherwood Cycles bike mechanic (who is a man mountain) popped the shock bush out for me free of charge! Just got to wait for Mojo to send me the new set, hopefully all sorted for next weekend, maybe early Sunday Cannock. Though Stif Cycles birthday thing is on Saturday with Steve Peat and Josh Bryceland there riding the local trails, could be fun ^^

The little man looks utterly thrilled and bemused all at the same time :D

What hardtail is Mrs Juggy riding?

She's got a Trek Ticket 30 2011. It's a nice bike, got it for £400 brand new which was £250 off the RRP because the new ones come out! Forks weigh as much as the earth though!

He did have a little seat on the top tube, but he's a lil incredible hulk and outgrew it within weeks of getting even though it says upto 3 years!

Me dad come round earlier, my shock bushes had been round his house since friday :|, could have sorted it earlier! Ahh well, fitted 1 set now, gonna wait till the old bottom ones give up before fitting them.

Thing I wanted to know about those kiddy trailers is, do they not just spray up all the mud and stones in the childs face?
