I dont know why anyone would pay but I know why they charge for stuff like that as idiots do pay for it.

Its 4 map packs, So thats 4 packs of about 4 maps usually.

However this still doesn't really justify it.

Well, the 4 maps come out at 1200 ms points each. So in total 5000 ms points. If you get it from the right place, you can get 5k points for under £35. So i think it may be for lazy people. Can pick up a nuketown code for cheap on the bay.

They take advantage of the mentally feeble.

I ask myself this question all the time when I see these 'deals'.

I personally can't come to and understanding of why people would pay for new maps when I feel that they should be given out for free as an update. Yet more companies are trying this method so people must be paying for it somewhere.

Yes? The fact Black Ops 2 was top seller (and is still very high) upon release for months shows how many idiots are on Steam. The PC platform is just as bad as the consoles for trash loving turds.

some enjoy other games if they do they do.

best thing is many other games do exactly the same like battlefield for eg

dlc is part of gaming if you calling people for buying dlc then tbh the idiots are the ones doing the calling not the other way round. move on dlc is the norm and has been for quite a few years now.

do i agree with dlc = no but i also acknowledge it aint gunna change so just play the games and enjoy.

I didnt want to get the season pass because not all maps are that great...

I've got the first map pack since die rise is pretty damn sweet. But i didnt want to feel inclined to purchase all the maps since some are a pile of poo poo.

I also think its ridiculous how they charge this much for map packs, and voted with my wallet by not buying the base game in the first place.

However what irritates me beyond belief is DLC being lined up as the game is released, to me for silly things like 'outfits' and 'a bonus car' on release day it should be in the bloody game not £1.49 a pop!!!
