Between 4 and 6 due to shift work and a baby who needs to be given medicine and a bottle during the night, I could easily sleep 10+ hours!

When our baby was 0-6 months about 4 hours. It's amazing how quickly your body adjusts. The first 3 weeks doing this was very tough but then it became easy.

Now he's 17 months we are back to about 7 hours

Avg weekday 6-7 hours but a lot of the time I can't sleep so its 5-6 maybe

Weekends I'm a bit of a late go to sleep and late riser person prob about 6-8

This. I wake up without fail most weekends at 12PM-ish with no alarm, weird.

23 hrs, but for the 1 hr I'm like a human tornado. :p

I work shifts so it varies, off at the moment so trying to catchup and get 7/8 hours, when I'm back working it can be anything from just 3 or 4. Aslong as I get 4 I'm ok, any less and the world goes past in a surreal blurry motion and people talk in a strange unintelligible speech.(it's a bit like being drunk but without the buzz).

I hate sleeping my life away, usually maximum 7 hours a night and no more, i like to get up, including days off and do things, instead of snoozing, but that's just me :D

4/6 hours depending on what I am doing.
If I am at work I always aim for 6 but thats not always available.
If I am fishing the next day I am lucky to get 3.

Usually less than six hours of broken sleep for many years now. Some days I don't notice, other days I switch into Zombie mode when I don't have to do any thing requiring attention. On the rare occassion I do sleep more than 7-8 hours I feel even worse :s.

I go bed from midnight to 6:23am, I get up 5 to 6 times a night for a pee and it takes me ages to go back sleep so I get about 4 hours maximum.

Work nights so i usually sleep from 11 am till 4pm or 12 till 5.

Try to get 5 hours as a maximum as i feel crap if i sleep to much

At the moment I get about 8 hours a night, which is grand. I feel tired when I get up but after a shower I feel fine. I'm in such a routine now that I always get up at a fairly decent time. I remember how bad I got in the first year of uni. I'd go to bed at 4/5am and get up around 3pm. It was horrible, but mundane stuff like browsing the internet became so much more interesting in the early hours.

I love the days where you wake up and instantly feel great. No need to snooze, just straight up.

If I have too much sleep I feel like crap when I wake up.

If I have a lie in on a weekend I end up having a headache the rest of the day!

I'm like that but I'm stupid and lie in anyway. Work nights, I'll get about 6-7 hours but on weekends, I'll go to bed about 2 and lie in till 1 in the afternoon some times. Such a waste, but I can be really lazy on weekends lol.

5/6 usually on a weeknight, maybe 7 - albeit rarely. I sleep for 9/10 hours+ though on a weekend. I generally need about 9 or so hours sleep to not feel tired the entire day, so perhaps I should schedule myself better and not sit on my PC or watch TB till 2am on weeknights :p
