Can anyone give me some advice for supplements / food, I'm starting a 9 day martial arts instructor training course which will run around 8 hours a day for those 9 days. The course will have some classroom elements but will be around 80-90% physical work, along the lines of sparing or circuit training.
What I'm concerend about is maintaining energy during the day (so snacks I suppose, the gym cooks to order so I should be able to get a decent lunch) and then recovery in the evening. I will be staying in and eating in a hotel for the duration so I will only be able to control my diet in the evenings/morning to a certain degree. Ta
