My PC as just died think it might be the gfx card but have no way of testing plus think it was time for a upgrade anyway. I was thinking i might just buy new parts but at the moment am on a very tight budget as am not working at the moment and I have £300 left or at least till am working again. The only parts I think I could save from my old pc is the 500w Psu and the case. I would Like to try and make a ok Pc and to be honest maybe just upgrade the Gfx card when I get a new job and maybe the memory
I was recommend somewhere else to get a
Intel Core i5 3570K
Asus P8Z77-V LX2
Crucial 8GB
for around £310 ish
I would like a decent Pc for now [ big ask] that when I can I can just buy a good gfx card when I have the funds

Firstly, what PSU have you got?

There is a good option if you want to have a pretty good gaming rig now and just add a GPU later, it won't have as much RAW POWER as the 3570k but it's still a great option.

YOUR BASKET
1 x AMD A10-5800K Black Edition 3.80GHz (Socket FM2) APU Trinity Quad Core Processor (AD580KWOHJBOX) £99.95
1 x Gigabyte F2A85X-D3H AMD A85X Chipset (Socket FM2) DDR3 ATX Motherboard £64.99
1 x Adata XPG Xtreme v1.0 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-17100C10 2133MHz Dual Channel Memory Kit (AX3U2133XC4G10-2X) £44.99
1 x Cooler Master Hyper 412S CPU Cooler (Socket 775 / 1155 / 1156 / 1366 / 2011 / AM2 / AM2+ / AM3 / FM1 / FM2) £28.99
Total : £250.32 (includes shipping : £9.50).

Do you need a HDD? I assume your case is ATX..

Am not sure what the psu think its a coolmaster green power 500w. Heard 3570k is the better option to go for

The 3570k is out and out the best gaming CPU on the market.. Though teh intergrated graphics are pretty poor.

So if you want to play games without a GPU the AMD trinity A10 Route is the best to go down.

With games the most important thing is a GPU, yes you will see an improvement with the i5 over the i3 but only a few FPS in games.. Though with the i5 Xfire/SLI becomes a possibility.

You could always look for a 2500k secondhand. They are around £100 I think.

Found a 3570k for £145 second hand somewhere else. It will be for games but I realise it wont be for a while till I can afford a gfx

Sorry for the slow replys and the mistakes am doing this from a mobile and its horrible. Sorry nearly for got I've got a few sata hdds and dvd writers so am ok for them

Just been offered a
Intel Core i5 3570K
Gigabyte Z77M-D3H
Asus HD 5770 1GB
for between £230 and £250
Is that a good deal as I don't really want to get something not that good for the sake of saving a few quid

Take the deal, you are saving about £50.

However with your £310 budget, if you could get that to £450 you can get a beast system more than capable for todays standards, really an i5 3570k is not needed atm, you can easily game with an i3 3220 and a decent GPU, then add a 3570 at the end of the year once prices have dropped.

YOUR BASKET
1 x **B Grade** Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD 7850 OC Windforce 2X 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card w/ Nexuiz, Sleeping Dogs & Dirt Showd (GX-100-GI) £129.95
1 x Intel Core i3-3220 3.30GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor (77W) - Retail £92.99
1 x Gigabyte Z77-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard £83.99
1 x Plextor M5S 128GB Solid State Drive - (PX-128M5S) £82.99
1 x XFX Pro 450W Core Edition '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply £39.95
1 x Kingston HyperX Beast 8GB (2x4GB) PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (KHX16C9T3K2/8X) £37.99
Total : £479.86 (includes shipping : £10.00).

Reuse your old HDD, if you can get that deal you said above then take it and add a 7850 later, you are basically getting the 5770 free anyways since the CPU + D3H mobo is coming to around that price alone.

Ok thanks................bit of a diffident question I've been thinking lately that its time to get rid of my consoles and get back in to PC gaming but now with the next gen coming out I dont want to get a PC that will be out dated

About that spec you got offered for £250.

The 5770 is not very good for gaming on
The M-D3H does not support overclocking.

Like bacon said not actually a very good deal.. The 5770 is poor by todays standard.

The Z77M is a decent board but lacks overc locking abilities eg voltage control. A bit of a waste on the 3570k really, not worth it.
