I don't know the boot time. But why does that matter? You're not booting it every day.
It's relevant so you know how long the thing is going to take to recover when the battery pull app runs to clear the memory out.

Great to hear someone is happy with their BlackBerry Z10 purchase, as there is a lot of negativity out there claiming the Z10 is the fail nail in BlackBerry's coffin...

But then again, I know of a few large businesses who are impressed with the security of the Blackberry and is therefore switching/upgrading to the Z10.I wouldn't say the Z10 has been a big success, nor a big failure. It seems very so-so at the moment.
A massive improvement on BlackBerry of old but not something that is really better than the iPhone/Android phones at anything really.
I happen to know that quite a few large business are switching from BlackBerry to iPhone which is bound to hurt BlackBerry as they've always done well in that sector.
Only time will tell.

Android, a huge exploit was found a few days ago on how to bypass the lock screen...as usual dont think anyone posted it here but i found it pretty funny that Samsung/Android think they are ready for enterprise security when they are nowhere close.
`I'm not surprised Vodafone is faster than EE for you, as that sort of thing varies massively with area, but I AM surprised you got such different results for 2 different phones on the same network! Really don't get how that could be!
I don't think the original S3 had dc-hsdpa did it? That would probably explain it. Both hdspa+ and dc-hsdpa would show up as "H+" in the notification bar but dc should provide about twice the speed.
Get around 30mb down on Three on my Nexus 4 too, dc-hsdpa in my area.
Which exploit was this? I saw a Samsung one where you could get to limited home screen icons in specific circumstances but it was only on the pattern lock which I don't imagine many enterprises would let pattern lock be used anyway.
Although I don't administer it we've been allowed Android in a (very) large enterprise environment for a good while now without any issue I'm aware of.
Talking of Voda, it looks like Verizon is getting ready to buy them, dunno whether it's just US or worldwide.
