SimCity V (2013) - screens/artwork and information

Just got this, installed on Origin and when I try to load it, it brings up a loading box and seems to be sitting on Processing Large file for ages without getting past like 20%?

Anyone else have this when they installed, first loaded?

Yeah, that's normal. Should move eventually.

On a side note, I haven't a clue what I'm doing :p

Took about an hour and ten minutes for me. Once you hit that "Large File" it slows right down.

Is there a way to get the density of the residents increase quicker? I find every 5 minutes I'm getting a "need more workers" message and I always run out of space!!

Any tips on quick increasing/shortcuts to increasing the density?

Is it normal that if you pick a new server you have to play the tutorial again? I've just loaded up the game and it's asking me to play the bloody thing. Is there any way to skip it?

Anyone want to add me for a region? Getting a bit frustrated with either playing solo or randoms half building a city then abandoning it!

Origin: Vtec9k

im guessing if i want to install this game on both mine and my GF's i would have to buy 2 copies? i know it sounds stupid, but this is the first game i might buy in many many years since half life 2!!!

Depends on what wealth of citizens you want.

Low Wealth: The basic parks increase happiness without increasing land value. I think the Grade School increases this without increasing land value too. It's either Low or Medium wealth tho, same as the High School, I'm not sure exactly which off the top of my head.

Note that you want your Community College and University in your industrial sector because they increase the tech level there.

Medium Wealth: The next 2 parks, nature and something else I can't remember. Also, services increase this one so fire, police and health services. I think your Mayor house is Medium Wealth too.

High Wealth: Plaza and Formal parks I believe. Also, City Hall and Mayor's Mansion I believe.

Basically, happiness increases density, and these things increase density. It would be easier if wealth increasing buildings were separate from Happiness increasing buildings, but unfortunately they're tied together.
