Is it possible to restart a claimed city ?

The option is there when you go bankrupt but nothing happens when you click it. I believe its bugged.

Best thing you can do is pay off all your debts and delete everything manually and start again.

What is the latency like on this game for servers on the other side of the world? I'm playing on Oceania 1 (due to being in NZ) but quite like the idea of joining up with some of you guys... I'm assuming that due to the nature of the game, latency will not be an issue?.

It's not an issue, but the chat box is a bit iffy (was working fine earlier) and I'm putting that down to the server issues they are having.

Just started another map, planned things out, servers go down
