OAKG anicdotal findings so far. Taking 14g anywhere up to 1.5hrs befors bed. Recovery is improved, sleep seems more stable, and deeper, however falling asleep is no different. Also i find I am waking up pretty much bang on 7 hours sleep, although I feel nice and fresh and I can snooze, because of this I am starting to flag by 4-5 in the afternoon. Not so bad for me as I train in the mornings, however I would really love an extra hours sleep, hopefully this is just due to years of low sleep and I can get used to having more :)
 
what pre-workout drink/food would you lot recommend? i seem to be lacking in energy when i go to gym after work and im fine during weekends?!

Strong coffee with a big teaspoon of coconut milk, or 1g of coconut oil.

You can also have some 5g of creatine, and 2g of beta-alanine if you also have that. 10g of Whey if you're terrified of catabolism.
 
Has anyone else had difficulty ordering from TPW? I'm at the checkout screen and click 'place order', the screen dims slightly, then just returns to normal? Tried two different cards, a little frustrating.

No problems here, trying dropping them a support ticket.

Yeah they were dead quick to respond to my query about not being able to buy any small sample sizes this morning, less than 10 minutes which is what I like!

MP are cheaper, but the customer service is bad.

I like TPW, the flavours are great. The little things are done really well too, and customer service is spot on. If you decide to go TPW use my refferal code MM354 to get 250g of free whey (to try another flavour). I'd try strawberry.
