Nvidia cards are far too expensive for me Greg :(. £299 is my limit that i could justify spending on one computer part and i even grudge that. :p

I suppose i could get a stock, bottom of the range 670 though. :o
 
Blame work.

Otherwise I'd have had two as well. Never got the time to fully realise their value at the moment and by the time I do something more feasible would be out anyway. :(
 
If i wasn't buying a house and then a motorbike then i would join in... lol. I will double up on what i've got instead, easier on the wallet.

The thing that made my mind up was that everything is reversed which makes cooling the CPU a lot easier plus if I get a leak it won't go all over the cards/mobo. It also means the cards are the other way up, no backplates required but if I stick with air the GeForce logo will look a bit odd upside down.:eek:

As to using screws to hold the side panel, I don't like the idea either but I can't win them all.:)

It is a nice idea (two rads in the bottom) however, my experiences with the TJ11 are that unless you are willing to custom cut all of your power cables, you will only be able to fit a single rad in the bottom.
 
Played some more FC3 last night, although a Titan could run it twice at the same time, I still can not get it perfect. Anyone else tried found some secret tweak settings ? :)

I had that trouble except for when I used the 313.95 drivers on the 680's. Yoou could try the 313.93 drivers that were the original Titan drivers but other than new drivers, it will not play smooth.

Stupid fps still = the odd stutter.

Which drivers are you using for your Titans.

Think I'm 314.09, I did not think titan was supported before that ?

Strange one, I can't use V-sync because of the lag, I honestly think it's just bad optimization, Like you say the odd stutter, I heard talk of it being down to the Havok physics but I'm sure there are other Issues, Strange thing is it was pretty good on my trusty 570....not really surprising as that's the sort of card the game would have been developed on :D + it probably does not understand some of the advanced rendering ;)
