£47 per month company car tax? What on earth do you drive! Must be a nightmare whatever it is...

Tax Liability indicator: 20%

Company Car Tax (2012/2013) £657.00 (Comes out slightly higher than I quoted at £54 per month but the emission value is wrong as it's actually 105 rather than 107)
Company Car Fuel Tax (2012/2013) £0.00

Summary of details:

Tax year: 2012/2013

Car availability during relevant tax year: From: 06/04/2012

To: 05/04/2013

Number of days unavailable during the period above: 0

List price (including VAT and accessories): £22000

Employee capital contribution: £100

Employee payments made towards private use: £

Date first registered: 1998 onwards

Fuel type: Diesel (D)

Engine capacity: 1401cc to 2000cc

Approved CO2 emissions figure: 107

Does your employer pay for private fuel? No

Car is a VW Golf 1.6 TDI BlueMotion Tech Match 5dr with a few optional extras selected (as above I pay an extra £100 per year for the extras). To answer the other poster who queried, I was eligible for the car allowance which is £3800 at my place of work however as at the time of getting the car I had just bought a house I lacked ready funds to pick up a decent car within the restrictions imposed upon us when taking the car allowance.

About £700 insurance, £200 tax, god knows with fuel. I'll be needing a whole new set of tyres soon so that's £250, oh and the MOT next month, the exhaust seems to have fallen off one of its mounts again, may need a new cat to pass emissions test, bonnet never really shuts properly..

Good thing I've got a credit card with a healthy limit!

Ford focus 1.6 2005

Insurance = £340

Major service, Cambelt, water pump, tensioners, brake pads, brake discs, tyres, rear hub assemblies, coolant leak, wipers, wheel alignment.

Over 5000 in a year, more than I thought!

Maintenance has cost me nearly as much as it's worth, but hopefully it should run for a while longer yet now the cambelt is finally done, had been putting it off for ages.

2007 Peugeot 206 1.4

Mileage on purchase: 64000.
Purchase date: January 2012
Cost to buy: £1000.
Depreciation estimate = £200/2 years
Insurance = £720 in September 2012
Fuel = £1440/year @1.35p/l

MoT = £45

Roughly £3717/year.

I move jobs in a few weeks so my mileage will be more then halved which will reduce my petrol costs dramatically. Thinking I might treat myself to something a little sportier when this one dies :D
