WTF?!

Myprotein have stopped selling DAA?! That must have been recent! :(

They were out of stock when I checked last week and it had disappeared this morning when I looked.
I imagine they're just having a stock issue, can't see them stopping it completely.

They don't normally take stuff off their website though. They had an issue with Omega 3 for ages but kept it on and just removed the Add to Cart option

I may well start using someone else. What are TPW like for things like Glutamine, Leucine and Taurine, as those 3 are my staple supps

Leucine
250g £8.99
500g £14.99

Glutamine
250g £7.79
500g £12.99
1kg £22.99

Taurine
250g £6.99
500g £9.99
1kg £18.49

compareable to MP on their powders but dont have a pricematcher which is mainly the reason MP becomes the cheapest option 90% of the time :)

Only thing MP have that's worth it in the Pricematcher now is 1kg Glutamine for £17 and 1kg BCAA for £26 (if you use it). Everything else is crap or has vanished (not even the Leucine appears there now).

Strong coffee with a big teaspoon of coconut milk, or 1g of coconut oil.

You can also have some 5g of creatine, and 2g of beta-alanine if you also have that. 10g of Whey if you're terrified of catabolism.

coffee does nothing to me :| i have caffeine tablets and these are next to useless :)

coconut milk/oil might be the one to try.

already take 5g of creatine/l glutamine, was thinking of oats + slices of banana with milk ~1hr before gym

Just get a decent night's sleep - the difference it quite surprising.

Particularly if you're the wrong side of 30 like me. :)

im 22

wake up at 7.40

work 9.30 to 5.30

includes 20(10miles each way) mile cycle to and from work

i got to gym at ~8 for 1.5-2hrs 3 days/week

i eat before gym, i eat at work and i sleep for ~7 hrs/night

not really sure why i have so little energy at the gym but cycling 20miles 5 days/week might add to it?

Left arm: 45 mins...
Right arm: 45 mins... no legs required after all that cycling. ;)

Nah surely it's 90 mins on Right arm, afterall it's all about those myspace/facebook angles when posing in photos.

On a side note, bought Protein Cookies from MP, they are not nice. Now I have about 12 of them to eat....
