Mineral water , who drinks it?

I can easily drink 2 litres a day, if I had it in front of me, the bottles of volvic are good. generally I buy a 12 pack of highland spring 500ml bottles for £2 from asda, I can drink 3-4 a day, as long as I have them in the fridge.

you also can consider water is in a lot of foods, so you can "top-up" water intake with your daily meals and drinking water.

I could drink 'table water', which I believe has no mineral or has any benefits over tap water, but....id rather have mineral water.

I generally feel a lot healthier in drinking water than any other popular drinks.

I'm not fussy about water - I'm happy with tap water. I got a Sigg bottle and I just fill that up.

I only drink mineral water if I'm out in town and need a drink - or if I'm abroad and don't trust the tap water. I don't drink sugary or fizzy drinks, and I love water. At home I drink tap water, in the office we have filtered chilled water - it's fine has all the minerals you need. Bottled mineral water may have a few more but seeing as I drink between 2-4L a day, I'm not paying for the privilege. OR at least not paying any more than I already do for the water rates!

Why are the acidic, burn through your teeth things always the tastiest? :(

They don't burn through your teeth, unless your a moron with shocking hygiene.
It's also far more to do with the sugar than acid, giving a massive food medium to bacteria in a nice warm moist environment.

I like mineral water for purity of essence reasons. If our bodies are around two thirds water, I want the best I can get without the pollution of surface water.

The people saying that tap water is just as good may not be dying today but I reckon in the long run the mineral water drinkers will be the ones with better health.

I personally don't understand how people prefer fizzy drinks to water :p Everyone's different.:)

It's like nectar diet coke, is hevenly. I think it's fair to say its addiction. Nothing hits the spot like diet coke.
However the last three weeks I've cut my consumption down massively. Still far to much during the weekend, but weekdays is mainly water and one pint with dinner.

Yeah at 98 I'll be thinking, man I wish I could live 0.0000003% longer like those volvic kings across the street.

Brita filter works wonders on tap water really, you'd be hard pushed to tell the difference with mineral water, at least in this area.

The lol point being that tap water has gone through better purification and testing than mineral water :P

Probably a discussion for another thread but it's something I'm against. Anyone with children should probably read up on it.

Make sure you do the reading while wearing a tin foil hat so they can't track you though ;)
