Hmm I'll maybe up it a little more and take it on rest days as well then. Feel as this combination is roughly 5-7x more effective than craze :D Waste of money that!

As for people who don't like a pre workout on leg day? By far the best day to take it for me but I do not mind about feeling sick when doing squats, take it as a sign that I'm doing it right :D
 
I just don't know how people take pre workouts on leg day or doing squats. Makes me feel so sick

I remember when I was playing with pump supplements at uni. 3 sets of squats (20reps) in to my leg workout I had to abandon it as my legs absolutely ballooned. No gainz that day. Don't need them any more as I pump a plenty without them.
 
Hey guys, it looks really peachy up here on the OAKG bandwagon!! Given it's price at the moment on MP and the fact I am now happy with my diet I thought I would hop on board, particularly after the positive feedback here and elsewhere.

Just to ask, how and when are people taking it? I am of the belief that I should be taking maybe 3 x 5g doses a day. It should be taken with my usual whey shake (of which I also consume three a day)?

Colorectally, and an amount that compresses down to the size of a tennis ball in a plastic bag. Wait, wut?

170mg/kgbw in a single dose gives the desired effect, and it is up to you whether you want that 90 mins pre-workout, or during your sleep cycle.

Any less and it does nothing.

It's a bit sour but no biggie.

On the other hand I go all ewwwww on strawberry/raspberry flavored whey who taste like some pathetic sickly rank stuff.

Squash does make it better - anything works really.
pro-tip: takes absolutely epic with raspberry flav-drops from MP, just like the real thing.
 
I have my OAKG with my Casein shake, but then I also have 15g Leucine, 5g Taurine and 10g Glutamine, 2g Psylium Husk in the same shake

So it tasted like manure to begin with
 
I wonder how many times MP can screw up an order..

Ordered 500g BCAA and firstly received Vitamin B Super complex tablets. Told them and they said they would re-send the order. Received it today and turns out they decided to send me 90 BCAA tablets instead.

Nice one MP! :(
