Few would disagree. Some also get depressed about looking fat, but starving themselves won't solve the problem any more than getting a boob job for the former group

Ultimately we have very few facts about the case, so as usual GD is a court of public opinion.
The argument here is that scarce public funds were used for a purpose that common decency would not have supported.
This girl clearly stated that her ambition was to oversexualise her appearance and attempt to promote herself as a glamour model

If it was done just to help her low self esteem why not go for a B or a C cup?

Everyone's talking about curing her depression in here, your missing the point.
People can get depressed from things like this, but the point is, she got it through the NHS which nine times out of ten others would get turned down for, better yet she went to the media to sell her story for money... Depression isn't cured in a click of a finger, things like this may make you feel slightly better about yourself but not enough to have photo's taken and sell a story to the media.

she wasnt waiting for this operation since 14...she said she had been talking to doctors ABOUT boob jobs since the age of 14.
