Silly bint gets free boobs on the NHS

So you really think that's true? The Sun add a lot of things to articles that are false and the girl wouldn't stand a chance against them in court arguing otherwise.

Here's a good story for you Suarez and involved this bloke - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Bettaney

His mother lived in Wileman Street, Fenton and when his trial was on reporters were gathering round and saw my 'car lift' mate going into his Mothers next door.
They asked him about Michael and my mate Les said the last time he saw him properly was when he was about 12 but did wave to him once when they were in their 20s.
The following day in The Sun appeared a story of total lies saying something along the lines of - 'Les Bisson was a mate of his and often went out with him for a drink. he said he often told him stories of what he got up to and showed him his German Luger on one occasion'
We actually rang the Police at the time because we were worried that THE MAN would think Les knows secrets and we'd go out to a car bomb one morning.
Nothing happened and for months we kept looking under the car.

I'm pointing out that the article is twisting words multiple times & seems to be paraphrasing.

You factually stated "she lied to her GP about being depressed".

Where does it say "I lied to my GP about being depressed".

It says she wasn't bullied & wasn't depressed.

It says she was emotionally distressed.

Depression does not equal being emotionally distressed.

The fact remains, this story is yet another pathetic article in a rag magazine for retards - designed to get the stupid public enraged.

You link the dail mail like it's somehow more respectable.

Um no, i linked the daily mail because its a second source with the same quotation from here. Which shows its not simply a lie that the sun made up.

and yep, youre right. it didnt say depressed. my mistake, i think i was getting mixed up with the prior discussions about depression in this thread.

You're saying I'm blinded yet you seem to believe all newspapers are 100% factual.

Where on earth did i say that? Listen to yourself man. and read my posts, ive said they twist things but they cannot just make up fake quotes like that. Not in this day and age.

and theyre both straight up lying

ok buddy, im done here.
You have yet to link where it states what you implied.

You said she lied, I asked you to link it.

All you have linked is another story saying the same thing.

"I wasn't depressed or bullied"

And

"It caused emotional distress"

You made a factual comment saying "She lied about being depressed"

Where does it say she said she was depressed?

LOL, that's exactly what they do, they twist things people say to make them appear far worse and then you have witch hunts. Yes it happens in this day and age, tbh it's even worse now than before.

See my reply to you. I was wrong.

You cant twist a quote. It was either said or it was not.

Oh really, she probably got a few hundred quid if not more for the story which allows her to go and buy a few new handbags, I doubt she really cares what the Sun print about her once the monies in her hand.

may have been allready mentioned in this thread but apparently she was born with 0% breast tissue. that would probably make a girl pretty damn depressed, 5k isnt a lot of money in the grand scale oft things, taking anti depressants on the nhs probably costs more in the long run!

This attitude is hilarious. It's like money is just something that appears out of thin air, rather than being a measure of value.

If it confuses you, just put the £5000 in terms of food for the hungry, heating and clothes for the poor, medicine for the seriously ill. Maybe then you can understand a bit better.

Money is just a measure of where to put our limited resources. The fact that the fiat currencies lead to people developing such a DISGUSTING attitude towards money is just one more reason as to why they are unfit for purpose.

Oh, and it would have been fine if it was her own money. Money represents value, and value is created through work. If she converts her own time into a measure of value (money), which she uses to gets an appropriate amount of value from someone else from (the boobjob), that's her decision.

What is disgusting is making people work for nothing (the £5000 taken through tax IS lost time. At minimum wage it represents about 813 hours of labour); and then not even using that money towards something "useful".

Isnt that convenient

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

You can twist a quote It was said.

I've selectively removed parts of your statement. The words are yours but have I changed the meaning? If I have then I'd have to say it is possible to twist a quote because you can omit context even if the person has said all the words you're quoting.

I don't know whether the story here has quotes that were twisted or not but it wouldn't be the greatest surprise in the World to find out that some parts of the interview didn't make it into the story. There could be many reasons for this and not all are malicious but perhaps it was because they're not as interesting or possibly because it doesn't fit the direction they wanted the story to take.

Oh, and for all you muppets who think it matters if she had 0% breast tissue... Well really, is it warranted to use slave labour for 813 hours just so she can get some breasts, when those 813 hours could be used productively instead?

(Really, you don't understand what money is in the first place, so using the minimum wage equivalent is more appropriate when debating with morons)

But sure, let people die and suffer while wasting valueable manpower on getting her ****.

and if you printed that, i would have a good case against you...depending on the situation of course.

if what you said were acceptable, we could have someone accused of murder saying 'i did not kill that man' and newspapers quoting him as having said 'i did kill that man'. I dont think it works like that.

again, im not doubting that the sun spun it to fit their agenda but i do not believe that they simply made up, faked or significantly altered that quote. especially as it is present in a second source.

Provide proof or just stop.

thinking about it, people that are maybe more deserving of a boob job. ie transexual people dont get it on the nhs, they have to save up, so i think she probably could have done.
