What is the exact model number of the Powerstation PSU you are using??
Some of them are actually made by the same OEMs behind a number of OCZ PSUs.

Its seems the PSU is probably based on this one:

The OEM is High Power. Some of the other Powerstation PSUs,look like they might use CWT too.

these are left over OCZ psu's they use but with there name on them

sorry bout double post.
sapphire RMA are saying the sn on the card is not one of there's and even with it even saying sapphire 7870 when you look up the serial and big letters saying sapphire on the label they say they will not replace it even with it being a sapphire card if it was not i would not have sent it to them.
does anyone know what i can do( as its really bad its every 2 days just for a reply off them)
