Well I've just cancelled my pre-order with Chitter Chatter....

... because T-Mobile just called and offered me this

£99 for phone
£10 goodwill credit to my account (as I said I was getting £40 cashback)
£22 per month inc VAT (!)
24 Month
500 Mins
Unlimited Texts
Unlimited Data

:D

So not a huge amount cheaper, but means I don't have to mess about with cash back or a middle man... very happy! Just wish they would offer these kind of deals when you actually phone them!

That my friend is a scorcher of a deal!

its the illusion because it wont have a rounded back.. like htc one does for e.g. :) XZ looks thick too yet its slimmer than my s2 :o

I'm assuming you're already with T-Mobile?

Makes no sense to me, surely they can't just steal Chitter Chatters data and go phoning their customers is some underhand way to cut them as the middle man out? If they are doing that and people are being offered your alternative and better deal then hell, I want on board!

Almost entered that £26p/m deal last night myself whilst I was in the early stages of a codeine induced coma.

Without meaning to go too far off topic, the codeine story is quite crazy in itself.

Went to boots yesterday lunchtime having had a sleepless night, the bags under my eyes carrying me all the way to the counter. I get there, tell the pharmacist I need something to help me sleep.

He offers up a box of ibuprofen. I say no, I need something to help me sleep. He tells me that the painkillers aren't meant for that but says I could take a nytol too. I say no, hinting at the codeine route. He then offers me the codeine and ibuprofen tabs. Tells me the usual spiel about not driving, drinking, operating machinery etc and that the codeine is addictive so don't use them for more than 3 days. I tell him it's literally only for two nights and only nights.

He then gives me a box of 32 tablets! 32!

They didn't know I'd done a deal with someone else. I asked for my PAC code a week ago as I was going to go to Three, then the Chitter Chatter deal came up so I just didn't use the code (the Chitter Chatter deal is avaiable for new and upgrades). They called me today asking why I was leaving (not knowing that technically I was staying with them) and I told them the deal, they matched it at first then offered me the offer above when I haggled a bit. She even tried to reduce the phones cost more but couldn't as the system wouldn't allow it, hence the £10 credit :)

Mobilefun just sent me an email cancelling my pre order for the S4! Anyone else having issues?

As others who ordered through them will undoubtedly ask, what price had you gotten your pre-order in at? £530 or £630?

I really hope Unlocked Mobiles come through and don't send me an email about delays due to stock levels around the time of release.

I have also ordered through unlocked mobiles and am hoping the same. The fact it is £100 cheaper than everywhere else is making me think it is unlikely to go smoothly though. Will wait and see.

I dont get the handset prices, they seem excessive next to the contracts available. As mentioned, you can get them on a £7/month contract with the handset being £350 from tmobile. That's £518 total outlay, less than the preorder prices. and quidco are doing £50 cashback on top of that for the next few days. If i wanted sim only, id still be tempted to get the £7 contract at that price. pay it off then just be done with it, though you run the risk of being locked to t-mobile for a while (dont know if they will ship locked or not)

Had nothing as yet, had a few about the item been out of stock currently and that my orders been given priority.

got it at £526 as well

I've not had my MF order cancelled... I got it at the £530 price.
I got an order in just after you posted about it, the text of the confirmation email is below. I think they're at it, I had ordered 2 black ones. I called my credit card company and they confirmed Mobilefun had taken a £1 payment from my credit card to get a security authorisation and that it had gone through OK.
