Premiere pro but if price is an issue you could always try lightworks free version.

Have you tried running it different compatability modes?

Hey guys, I'm sticking with CS6 Prem pro trial for now, however if I try export in MPEG2 H264 it exports the sound in a separate file to the video, anyone have any clue? :O

Guessing Premier Pro is overkill if I just want to crop down some files and save them in a different format?

Yeah. I'm still using moviemaker for now, but my videos look so basic and nooby
