I'm just wondering, I'm consuming about 80g of carbs each night for my tea (rice, veg etc). Is this far too much for someone wanting to lose weight? (Carbs for the day is around 190g)
I'm injured at the moment so normal routines have altered and I'm not playing football or squash at the moment so I'm not exactly burning those carbs off.
I'm just interested to know if this is too much for tea time?
I get a a bit stuck with what I can have with chicken and rice always fills me and is good tasting at the same time.
