They didn't confirm Black cap guy was dead just they just wouldn't comment on it. If they had all these bombs that they ejected from the car while being chased it makes me wonder if they have been rumbled planning another bombing today :s

I have just put the boston scanner on I think they might have found one and looking for the other. Police told to be aware of supects having explosive vests on them.
