Watching CNN live here and they said they have a deliberate delay so not actually realtime, maybe NBC are the same

It's usually 3-7secs just in case anything awful happens they can pull it off before airing gore/death etc

they said his brother has explosives strapped to him and said he had triggers to blow himself up but from the pictures he died from gunshot wounds and they said this guy prob has the same but how come his brother didn't blow up if he had some sort of dead man switch
