I was referring to the g/card, it's got no power!! Put it in the first slot and then the next one you get can go in the slot below.

For a first build thats very nice!!!

If the case has a window I personally would mount the PSU fan up as I think it looks better that way. Cable management is a bore but try and put as many cables behind the mobo tray through thosee rubber grommits and then bring them back through where needed.

It's definitely coming along nicely :D

Think i've broke my alchemy bitfenix led strip.... was in a plastic housing and said it was with adhesive so i thought i had to remove the plastic... because no adhesive was with it... ;/ But thanks you all! cant wait to turn it on

:) just powered it up none of the fans come on /sigh apart from the heatsink fan. are the chassis fans heat sensitive so when it gets hot they'll kick in

Do both fans fail to come on or just one?

Check the cpu temps in the BIOS as the fans may only start when the cpu reaches a certain temp.

They still aint working ;/ unaware if its dangerious to play with out the 3 case fans working... heat sink is working and the two small fans that come on the asus sabertooth. Really dont know why the other 3 wont work

and the case is the Corsair c70!

I second this and there is a good reason for having the fan up also it acts as an exhaust when the fan fires up rather than an intake sucking dust in ;)

His C70 case has dust filters for the bottom. It is getting cooler air fan down and the bulkier cables are nearer the grommits but having it fan up will do no harm and yes it does exhaust some hot air and it does look pretty cool through a window.

He needs to get it going though from the sounds of it. I'd remove the GPU entirely. Check the 24pin and 4/8 pin power connectors, do a CMOS reset and see if it POSTs from the IGP rather than the GPU. It might need a BIOS update to help some compatibility problems.
