Fans still wont work and now on load up its saying cpu fan error. and the fans are in red in the bios at 546rpm do i just click ignore?

Look at your manual, and plug fans into the right ports. CPU fans go into CPU fan headers. Rest goes on SYSFAN headers.

4 x Optional Fan connector(s) (4 -pin)
2 x Assistant Fan connector(s) (3 -pin)

You have enough fan connectors, just check they are correctly inserted.

If you are not going to be using both HDD bays I would remove one of them to help improve airflow.

Also look at moving the fans from off the HDD bays to behind the front dust filter unless you have already got fans installed there.

Just need to do some more wire tidying and take the plastic cover off the windowed sides as its all bubbly.

Most of the wires are going from there mate already ;/ i'll sort it soon! so many
games so little time thank god i have a week off work next week
