Driving around earlier I noticed a housing development of "McMansions", but they all had these massive over-sized garages at the back of them  Then I realized the houses all backed on to a long strip of grass with runway lights and stuff, and the garages were actually aircraft hangers! There was a whole street of houses with their own hangers and shared runway at the bottom of their back garden. Only in America!

Take a picture of it with you holding the date up.

There is a town where you can taxi around in aircraft to your house I believe somewhere in the states (as seen on a James May program).

What is your opinion on this?

No character arcs, terrible rising tension, poorly thought out protagonist, indistinct mise-en-scene. Still, as a story...better than Twilight.

AFAIK there are a few developments like that in the US. Not sure we've got any in the UK though I do remember reading some article about plans to build a similar thing over here... not sure whether the project ever really took off though :D

It's easier to fly about over there right? I'd love to have my own personal plane and take a trip to the other side of the country.

There was a street of about 10 houses. From another road you can see the back of them with the hangers and runway.

Saw a similar street (may be the same one) on a TV show featuring James May, cant remember what it was called but he was driving a small plane around like a car.
