Haha, that's where I got the idea from - our local track builder had his son up on the hill this weekend and the kid was hooning it around on the car park...and a bit of an off on the start of one of the tracks. He was going to go to some sort of national race on Sunday, so think it might have been that same thing.

That convinced me to get one for my daughter :D

OOH la la!

Nice one :) If you don't mind, when you get it could you let me know what you think of the build quality and finish please? I'm looking at a Zen atm.

Sure thing buddy. I will give a proper going through as I don't want a scratch on it from the shipping company. :D

So will go over it then.

I went for a lower end Saracen last year Tufftrax comp disc 2011..Wish I'd spent the extra money and got a better model. The build quality is great I'm just getting round to upgrading it this year with some quad nano brakes...actually the same brakes that come on a lot of this years bikes, also had to upgrade the shifters due to this.

so i need to get a bleeding kit too, **** me. thinking it might just be easier to take it to the shop and pay them.

You can pick one up off ebay for £25 - can;t recall the make.
It's worth it in the long run to be honest as you will need to bleed your brakes every now and then. Paying a shop every time vs not wanting to cough up for bleed kits is a false economy.
