I did this and it does work (and works fast) but you'll only keep the weight off if you make changes to your eating habbits when you come off it.At my work at the moment it's some sort of "shake plan" where they are on 600 calories a day. 4 shakes a day and they contain all the vitamins etc you need. They also have food bars and meals that you can buy. Limited carbs, something about the body going in a state of something or other than burns fat. One girl lost 6lbs in 2 days, it does seem to be working for them....i'm just waiting until they start eating properly again.![]()
