I have taken the plunge and will be having my very first gym experience on Wednesday with a personal trainer to guide me along the way for the first few occasions. I'll make a thread later about this.
He advised me to go to Sports Direct and get some 'training shoes' with 'neutral support' or 'high support'.
Can anyone provide any advice with regards to brands and what to look for? I don't really want to spend over £50 and i have been looking at some of the Nikes and they seem pretty good.
I have asked him as well but whilst he is getting back to me, i thought i'd ask you lot.
