Well most people in China might also kill their fish before they cook it and eat it. You're willing to paint all Chinese people with the same brush because of what some guy is doing on youtube, yet get defensive when pointed out its been widely practiced for years in the UK to boil lobsters alive.

Having worked in my fathers fishmongers many years ago we humanly killed the lobsters right before putting them in the water by first placing them in the freezer for 15-20mins to null the senses and then quickly splitting the main body section of the animal in half to kill it!
All the lobsters I boiled were 100% dead before I boiled them

What you do is irrelevant, many if not most boil them alive, which is just as cruel. And since where painting an entire nation with the actions of some, that would apply to your country too. I find it amusing that you "humanly" kill these lobsters by putting them in a freezer for 20 minutes, how nice of you.

Also why are you trying to argue about one type of animal cruelty by raising another?? We should be condemning ALL types of animal cruelty !

And before condemning other nations for their cultural practices in regard to animal safety have a look at your own before acting all high and mighty, as if you remove your head from your arse you will see we are in no position to condemn others so broadly and in such a discriminatory manner.
