Running a Western Digital Black for at-least 4+ years. I cannot actually find the order email.

Been used as a primary hard drive for 2-3 years and now is used for storage and media processing.

My Hard Drive has been running for 16200 hours...
However all health checks pass flawlessly except for obvious Read/Write degradation.

Obviously i could happily run this hard drive to the ground but i don't want to loose the data?

Done.

More wondering how long can i expect the HDD to live for? 16k hours seems like a long life to me?

How long is a piece of string? Some arrive DOA. Some live forever.
Some good advice I follow is to replace dead drives with pairs.

I've a harddrive with 51687 hours on it, not a single bad sector and a healthy S.M.A.R.T. status. That's nearly 6 years of constantly spinning at 7,200rpm. Not bad for a Hitachi drive.

I have to be honest, it's the one drive I want to replace before it dies on me. I don't trust old harddrives, especially ones over 5 years.
