Logitech G400 mouse - faulty

My replacement G400 has become faulty after 8 months, after the original one in a similar period of time. The first one kept disconnecting/reconnecting. The replacement from the original supplier now randomly freezes. I've troubleshooted the usual software issues but the problem persists, so used a different mouse and had no issues. Tried the G400 again and the problem came back.

I suspect it is a wiring problem.

So I dont want to get a another replacement G400 based on this experience.

Can anyone recommend a gaming mouse that is robust and will last?

Should I complain to Logitech or the original supplier to get a replacement or credit?

Mime started doing the exact same thing.

Logitech say they're going to take 3 weeks to turn it all around, so I'll probably just buy something else and sell the replacement G400.

Did they ask you to send it to the original supplier and not straight back to Logitech?

Did they refund your postage costs?

Quite frankly I would prefer to have a mouse that lasted more than a year, so would prefer a refund.

A mouse that cannot last more than a year does not give me confidence a third replacement will be any better.

And it seems I am not the only one.

with logitech i find it best to just contact them on there website rather then going though suppliers / retailers etc , they send you a printable postage so its free to send back to them , pritty quick turn around they usually just send the item out as soon as they know the RMA has been delivered to them i guess.

I love my G400, I use it at home. :)

Any issues, if you purchased from us we may be able to help you, but Logitechs support is great too from what I have heard. :)
