That is for the police to decide not Jonny Ming **** on the Internet.
No, it isn't. Informing the employer is nothing to do with the Police.

Well they do (both idiot car drivers and idiot cyclists are guilty), but there aren't that many police cars about to catch the act. I see more cars run red lights each morning than I do bikes (although that number is coming down as red light cameras are set up).
The funny thing is, if she is banned from driving she might have to get a bike...
I don't blame the employer for acting when they have been dragged into it, it's people bringing them into it in the first place that is reprehensible
It's nasty, spiteful with the clear intent to wreck someone's life. Hopefully if this wrecks her career the law will allow some form of legal redress against those who have caused it.
Before anyone jumps down my throat, her act was completely out of order and she needs punished but this had nothing to do with her career.
So that makes it right for people to hunt down her employer and potentially ruin her life and career and then glory about it on the net?
If she gets a big fine, she'll have to become a bike.
in some cases yes, in others no, here she could have killed someone, showed zero remorse, joked about it, and couldn't see that she was wrong. She is driving aggressively not safely, she could have ruined this mans life, and she could easily ruin someone elses in the future. Tailgating someone at 95mph thinking its funny, something she does often. What happens when she slams into a family and kills a kid in a crash due to her recklessness and awful attitude with no regard for safety.
THe woman who decided to use the internet to villify a couple guys having a private joke was WAY out of order, and IIRC the internet acting like a boomerang and came back and smacked her in the face. She had no right to go to the internet and get a guy fired for something trivial. Smashing someone off a bike, and driving aggressively, she's using her car as a weapon and frankly its only a matter of time before she actually does ruin someones life. The two guys making a joke did nothing worthy of the witch hunt, she has already hit someone and should already be held accountable, on top of that she's put other peoples lives at risk and will continue to do so till she's stopped so here, I fully agree with people going after her.
Personally I would like to know if one of my employees was a complete **** with no regard for other peoples lives. Perhaps I'm just being picky.
She did not cause a witch hunt, morons on the Internet caused this. We have all made mistakes in our past, should we all have out lives wrecked and potential careers wrecked because some **** heads on the Internet decide to become the moral police of the world.
She should be held accountable by the relevant authorities though, not by internet vigilantism attempting to ruin any aspect of her life they can link to her twitter/facebook account.
For some random off the Internet to then approach her employer and inform them is reprehensible. None of their business and it is vindictive rather than seeking to right a wrong.
I don't dispute that she should be punished, I don't dispute that informing the police is the right thing to do. That is an entirely correct and public spirited thing to do ensuring that someone is punished for a crime.

If people genuinely think this is acceptable I'm both baffled and worried with the way the world is going. As an example if I decided to dig through done threads on here and reporting people for some of the bloody stupid and unlawful/borderline unlawful stuff ocukers get up to how would you feel? Pretty ****ed but by ocuk logic you have posted it on the net so tough luck, time to suffer.
The lycra, sit in the middle of the road with my arse in the air brigade wind me up. Sitting behind them for mile after mile looking for a safe opportunity to overtake them. They expect me to make room for them, why can't they do the same for me?
You know what winds me up most about cyclists ( and 99% seem to do it). When you come to a red light, instead of just waiting in line at the point they were in, they ride to the front......then when the lights go green, everyone is stuck behind them again and everyone has to overtake them again!! Saw it happen once again this morning on my way to work.
The arrogance and stupidity of doing this is beyond belief.

I also happen to think that any cyclist should have to take a test granting them a licence and take their bicycles for yearly safety checks (MOT) before being allowed anywhere near a road.
Having said all that most cyclists I do encounter are no problem at all. It's just the very few that wind me up so very much.
As for the OP, stupidity in the extreme. Should have her licence revoked if true.
