i never asked for a list of uk sellers.

on samsung site someone asked them will the Octa Core Processor version (which i guess is GT-I9500) come to the uk and they said no..

so everybody on here who has bought a s4 from a uk phone retailer should have got the GT-I9505. hence why i'm asking if thats true. not about what retailers has it.

Then fair play to you for being able to play games etc like the rest of us do. However, it's the odd one word that you bothered to miss a letter off or "u". The rest of your typing is perfect and well structured!

With regards to the S4 and this is a genuine question : How do you plan to use one? They aren't the biggest of things and with no hand movement I can't see that 5" is going to be enough for your method of interaction.

Perhaps the note 2/note 3 when it comes out would be better?

Mine is the 9500. I didn't fancy the quad core version and have no need for 4g.

The octacore is the processor the s4 was always meant to have. Just take a look at the benchmarks. No stuttering, and perfect audio. Battery life isn't great, but a 6300mah battery has fixed that.
 
I've got the 9505, vodafone don't even support 4g yet, but i figured it was more future proof and perhaps worth more when it comes to selling it.

The 9505 seems to have a bigger modding community too. Also the S4 google edition is likely to be based on the quadcore model, so I figured I might be lucky and be able to get a rom that works easier.
 
Where can I get another proper samsung s4 cable? Just tried the one I got in the box with the 99p "genuine" one I bought off eBay. 1900ma from the proper one and 480ma from the cheap cable. Same charger.

Mike, did you go for black or white? :)

Any recommended memory cards/cases that seem to work well (memory card) and get good reviews without adding too much bulk and still fitting in docks (Cases!)
 
Black matey! Looks so much better than the white imo. I ordered the case that was suggested to me in this thread (few posts ago!) I don't have it yet so can't comment but the phone is currently in Birmingham apparently :)
 
i received black one on saturday took it fishing with me yesterday and got some amazing pictures...

awesome phone and great camera too!

also wot rom is everyone using with the S4?

i used custom rom on my s2 but not really looked at the S4 ones yet

wot u recommend?

Bought a few of them and they charge perfectly... the battery percentage actually goes up rather than down, like it did with the cheap cables :eek:
