Excellent news, thanks. Do you guys tend to do longer weekend spins and short/fast midweek evening spins? I might look into joining. Would be good to keep the training up.

Pretty much yes. From Loughborough I would look at Wymeswold or as someone else suggested, use the club search on British Cycling as its easier when the clubs on your doorstep.

Oh flipping bloody bugger. Misjudged the length of my ride today and fell 8km short of the last May Massive badge. I know it's an arbitrary goal but I refuse to not reach 1000km after getting up bright and early today. Singlespeed detour trip to the shops later with Strava on :p

If you could do 7.30 I'd be there with bells on.

Oli is cool with 7.30am.

I'll send you my mobile number in trust just in case. You must know some decent routes around Surrey? I was planning to take Oli on my route that goes past Epsom Racecourse then to Dorking and up Ranmore Common, then up Chapel Lane and round to Box Hill.

It amuses me that we don't have a cycling sub-forum, yet we have the "On the Water" sub-forum which sees maybe five posts a week at most. Who do we have to bribe in order to rectify this? :)

Annoyed :(

Triban 3 in white 57cm ....4 available in Edinburgh, only a 528 mile round trip :(

These bikes are like gold dust. My nearest center has a 54 and a 60 available, but for my height its the 57 I need. They have the T3 in red, plus it has carbon forks and shimano drive train and its only a different colour but still :p

Other option would be to double the budget and go for the T7 Black but it'd wipe out budget for shoes etc meaning i'd have to scrimp :(

What's wrong with Red?

Also, how tall are you? Perhaps the 54 plus taller seat post can work?
