Islamic Centre destroyed in 'racist attack'

I am british born, so is my dad, My mum is from Pakistan.

lol that is going to take some time to write lol, People will see that and be like "ISLAM JUSTIFIES KILLING" A famous man once said "Don't argue with idiots, they bring you down to there level, you cannot win"
 
Any racists here, Il invite you over to my house, and we can discuss any issues you may have with my race/religion over a nice plate of curry, and some coca cola :D

If Curry dosent fancy you nipples, there will be plenty of somosas, kebabs, and rice for you :)

Strange how you call yourself then a "Pakistani Muslim" and not a "British Muslim". Do you not think that your identification with your families origin indicates a lack of willingness to fully integrate to British society and fosters a degree of resentment?

Well done mate lol, Iv been called **** so many times, that I just call my self Pakistani (just a habit of mine refering myself as a ****) because no matter what happens people TO THIS VERY DAY still will not accept your British, no matter how many fish and chips you eat, or crumpets and tea.

I am not proud of the government infact hate them, and so do many British people but love the people here, the non racist British people are just as friendly and caring about my religion then any other race.

hardly... in case you weren't aware there has been a rise in Islamic attacks in recent days not a rise in attacks on people from Africa or black people etc...

I'd wager that if it happened to be a Pakistani Islamic centre or just a general Islamic centre the attack would still have happened.

Aside from the very remote chance that it is some form of insurance job it is very very likely that it is an anti-Islamic attack... race is utterly irrelevant in this context. You're not seeing a rise in Hindu temples being attacked or Caribbean Restaurants.

And your actions are to disassociate yourself from your country of birth towards a country you were not born in and has historical links to your family and your religion. Can you not see how this may seem to be a little bit of a problem?

Maybe you should hate a soldier who blindly follows orders, a persons ethics don't simply disappear when they join an army, unless they choose to ignore them. Religion (in any form) has absolutely no place in modern society, and race is separate thing entirely, it's a pretend line roughly drawn in genetics and it doesn't mean anything at all.

The media has a lot to answer for, but no one is forced to pay any attention to it.

Something is definately up with the reporting, this should be bigger news than it is.

How common is it for the EDL to act alone/in small groups like this crime? Do they normally spray graffiti taking credit?
The possibility remains that this is simple insurance fraud.

Thankfully no-one was hurt.
 
I stopped by the area today as it's 10 minutes away. Of course, it was cordoned off at both ends. Took some photos. Nothing too exciting, just police and TV, but thought I'd upload them anyway.



 
My money is on it being an insurance job, although it's convenient to blame the EDL so even if it is we'll probably never know.
