Its a sense of humor. I do not mean it in a bad way,

Its okay for people to make jihad jokes, but when a jew is mentioned everyone loses there minds (joker reference just in case you didnt get it)

The thing is that someone generally chooses to become a Jihadi... becoming an insurgent or terrorist etc... plus the idea of some bloke blowing himself up in the hope of shagging a bunch of virgins in heaven as a reward is so ridiculous that the idea behind it is funny in itself.

Victims of the holocaust didn't exactly have a choice.

While I don't have an issue with dark humour myself the idea that joking about jihad is the same as joking about the hollocast is a bit farcical. Its like making a rape joke and comparing it to jokes that are mildly sexist.

I hate to break it to you, but a religion can be the defining characteristic of a race.

The word "race" doesn't just mean someone from one country, or a particular skin colour you know.

The word "race" means a group of humans with a particular common affiliation. This affiliation can be a religion.

You're confusing race with ethnic groups.

Also I doubt very much that this attack was carried out because the centre was used by a particular ethnic group rather its the religion of that ethnic group that caused them to become victims here. Its a hate crime.

It seems that to a lot of Muslims, the whole world is a battlefield, sadly.

The murder rate in Pakistan's largest city and commercial hub hit an all time high last year. Over 2,500 people died in violent crimes in Karachi in 2012, a 50 percent increase over the year before.

Most of the deaths were attributable to sectarian killings and score settling. Shia Muslims took on the brunt of the violence. But Sunni Muslims were killed in reprisal attacks that added to the tally.

"It's a good day in Karachi when only five or so people are killed because on average it would be eight to 10 a day," says Zohra Yusuf, head of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan which, among other things, tracks the violence in the city. In 2011, he says, "the violence was mostly ethnic. But now it has gone beyond that and there have been more deaths in recent months than earlier in [2012]."

And I think this would've been much more likely to be front page, headline news if someone had actually been killed. I know what the building represents and its significance and there's very little doubt in my mind that this is a hate crime, but really, it's just a building.

The Crusades took place over 900 years ago so to compare killings of Christians today with the killing of Muslims back then would, in my opinion, be to say that those countries are 900 years behind us in civilised terms. This is not the case.

The Crusades are in the past or would you condone the killing of Russians because of the Crimean War? You don't see Scots killing Englishmen just because of the many invasions over the centuries do you? It is farcical to see justice in killing someone in the here and now because of what their ancestors may or may not have done centuries ago.

some of them might... as the group obviously attracts blatant racists... however there actual policy isn't anti any particular race... by the looks of things they certainly seem to attract black members and a few token Asian and Jewish members too

Are you for real? If a church got burnt down by certain "Muslim" people. Im pretty sure the whole media would have had massive coverage. They would have made sure that muslim would have been their Target. Making sure to create fear in the public again.

Government would have called a Cobra Meeting becuse one of its church got burnt down due to "Terrorist". And so on.

Christian Churches cannot be burnt down as they are of superior build quality!
