20 minutes of Prime95 should be enough to heat up ur whole case as much as a long gaming session would. So 74c max is still well in the safe limits but I would advise you not to increase the overclock further because you must have in mind that increasing the temp on the CPU means more heat from your cooler dumped in the case which means hotter components (ram mobo etc).
I have little experience with 3rd gen intel cpus, I oc'ed my friend's 3570k to 4.4ghz with 1.28v, it just couldn't do it with lower voltage. From what I understand from your last post here, SirChumpalot, you set manual voltage setting to 1.1v so I guess your voltage is stuck there and does not fluctuate with CPU load? Is the CPU multiplier ratio also stuck on the same number now?
