USB Flash drive not showing full capacity

My 64GB flash drive was working fine, however had a problem where it went read-only mode.

I did a low level format and now it lets me write to it, but it only shows as 32GB.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

What format did you use Fat32, exFAT or NTFS?

What does is show in Disk Management.

Did you get it through a proper shop and not from somewhere that might be selling knockoffs?

Used to work as 64GB in both fat32 and NTFS.

Its now 32GB NTFS. It shows the same in fat32 format.

Yes Zavvi ebay - was working as a 64GB before the read only problem. Bought it last year.

EDIT - Its a PNY Attache 64GB

What does it show in disk management though?

Does it show as 32GB with 32GB unallocated or does it show as a 32GB drive?

shows as 32GB total - no unallocated space
