*** League of Legends ***

Wouldn't you be leaving yourself open to early ganks though with that start? As a jungler myself I usually ask my mid laner to keep an eye on which side of the lane they ward (if they bought one) and then rotate round to mid around lvl 3 after getting both buffs for a kill or at least to blow a flash.
It's a very offensive start for sure, but to capitalise on it you'd need to play aggressively which would make you a prime target for some jungle-loving <3

My personal preference if i get lumbered with the mid lane role is to start with 1 faerie charm, 1 ward and a few pots just for that sustain and lane safety :)

I see what you're saying, but you don't have to push the lane when being aggresive :)

Also, if your team are calling when they see the jungler and where, you should have a good idea where he'll be heading next and what times he has to clear his jungle etc.

Aatrox too strong

aatrox has the potential to be strong but he's easy to counter. played against him this morning as J4 and myself and darius once we worked out how t odeal with him we could force him to use his flee and then burst him down. he's very strong 1 v 1 but I wasn't that impressed he's no pre nerf darius or riven or pre nerf rengar

That's true, harassing without pushing your lane is a good skill to have. Seen so many just go crazy pushing the mid lane early game and then complaining when they suddenly attract the enemy junglers attention and die! It's like, you're over-extended and in the first few levels it's not uncommon for a jungler to be lvl 3 when you're still 2 so no wonder you're respawning at the fountain :p

Managed to hop on for 1 quick game last night (normal) and chose Nunu for the jungle. I can see why he's becoming a popular instant pick/ban, his counter jungle presence and speed in clearing and moving around the map is top tier.
Just get consume lvl 2 and you can out smite the enemy jungler until lvl 9 so you can just walk up, take his buff and speed away into the sunset. Think we'll be seeing some "adjustments" to his skillset pretty soon.

Or you could ward your jungle entrances and kill him every time he appears with your team mates?
Not sure adjusting his skill set because people are ward-phobic is a good idea :/

It can work sometimes if you're in a well co-ordinated team, but have you tried to catch a Nunu? Slippery buggers to be sure. Also i'm sure you've had them days in solo queue where you've pinged for a team mate to come help you kill the invaders but not a single one reacts :)
Also once you leave your lane to go kill the Nunu that is stealing your junglers big wraith/golem/whatever your lane is suddenly empty leaving it open to a tower push by the opposing laner or giving them the perfect opportunity to roam to another lane for a gank.
The pressure he can apply by just being in the opposing team is immense in my opinion.

Looking forward to this weekend's LCS games to see if the new teams can hold onto their dominating start to the season!

19/4/30 on Sona AD last night with infinity edge, phantom dancer, Runaan's Hurricane, Hextech Gunblade.....Some bitch killed chogath and stole my ace end game :(

Some folk do give me some laughs in this game.

My support turned round in the opening minutes and told me he was no longer going to support me because i should have got a kill which i didnt get and that he was going to steal my cs etc so i thought fair enough but didnt respond. Couple of minutes later he pushes up quite far and i can see whats coming so rather than help him him out i leave him to the lions then he starts crying that i didnt help him and complains about my lack of teamwork.

Almost 30, getting there slowly but surely.

I did LOL pretty hard at that. Biting your tongue is hard to do sometimes hihi

Just had my first ever person add me after a game just to send me abuse. Pretty pathetic - but he got 9 reports anyway from the game sooooooooo...

Yeah, wound me up a little

ARAM is pretty fun for when Normals are doing my head in

Really? Whenever I play ARAMs I ALWAYS seem to get some useless melee hero that can't do jack for 95% of the game. Warwick seems to be particularly popular for wasting my time. He sucks so much in ARAM its not even funny.

I seem to get support champions 90% of the time which suits me, not much fun queueing alone though

I should stay away from ARAM's i have some stupidly high loss rate with them.

Should have one today easily but an argument broke out because in a 5v5 melee mob i supposedly stole a kill which turned into quite the argument and actually meant we lost.

I don't quite understand the whole KS mentality. I have people apologise to me and tbh i couldn't care less as long as we get the kill because the alternative is that someone holds back and ends up losing it due to a flash or something similar. i never go to straight out KS but ill certainly go for the kill rather than let someone escape

I can't get it through my head how people rage over a TEAM kill, the kill contributes to the end result for all 5 of you, not just one. It's not like there is a rank from 1 to 5 of who is best based on kills. All I get in normals is "ks noob" or "faggot ks, I repot u", sorry for trying to win the game and help you better your level/rank/skill/whatever.

There are two sides to this though.

1) You happen to get the last hit in and take the kill, they moan at you.

2) You stay back purposely waiting for the enemy to be whittled down to low hp and step in to take the kill.

I usually in camp 1), but if I missed a fight I reckon I can finish them then I'll make the risky run.

But those in camp 2) annoy me. They then go on to talk about K/D and how good they are and everyone else on the team is noob.

If someone on my team is straight up winning a fight i'll do nothing but support him, wont take a kill from him...i'm happy with an assist. On the other hand if it's 50/50 and I should intervene to prevent him dying, i'm going to do what I can to make sure the other teams player dies, regardless of what they think.

Just got 50 assists as Sona on ARAM ;_; We lost :(
