Exciting times, Bandits are very cool. What colour did you get?

They're difficult to get hold of so I didn't really have a choice ... Lemon/Lime aka bright bloody yellow! :o

Should look cool though with everything else black. Going to have to up my skills mind to match.

Oh boy :D Matte grey/silver, it looks fast, until I get on it (I'm not talking about the wabbit) :o

BaJ that colour is wicked, everyone says it looks much better in person.

Weeks of planning, thirty-five hours of photography totally 1000 pictures, followed by fifty long hours at the computer editing photos, audio, and video. 10,000 minutes of combined work for a two minute video

All these people with squishy bikes! Man up and ride a hardtail! (Please thieves if you're reading, bring back my Distortion! :( )

Who runs a rear mech with a clutch?
Who here runs a Shimano one?
If you do, how loose is your clutch lever? You know, the lever that turns it on or off? Mine is really loose and easily can be moved to the off position. I dropped the chain the other day a couple of times, and both times I looked down and noticed that the clutch lever was set to the off position (with it 100% previously set to on). Is this happening BECAUSE I dropped the chain, and as a safety mechanism or stresses on the mech it does something to turn/knock if off? Or is is shaking itself to the off position and CAUSING my dropped chains?

Any advice? Can I open it up and make the lever stiffer to stay turned on?

Sounds like it need adjusting
Take the case off and there is a tool for tightening up the clutch

Does anyone know how to contact Shimano UK the cycle department? Yes I know, google. But all I can find is suggestion to "contact their facebook page" or it brings details of the Shimano Angling Service center. I cannot see a Shimano Europe email contact address for cycle stuff. Yes I'm probably blind.

Thanks, I have emailed madison but call me a pessimist, I don't expect much more than "please RMA the unit" which will be annoying as it's hassle and effort to be without a part, fit a new one only for it to potentially do the same again.
