I have a grip, why would any business hide there business address?

Hang on, so OP sold the original listed item, and then sent a Second Chance offer (technically for the original item), but offered a different item? So not only was it a 'false' second chance offer, but it was also a sale made outside of eBay.

Asking for trouble quite frankly.

Why?

He has fake company details and his returns policy just states

If you are unhappy in anyway, a full refund will be given exluding P&P charges.

That is not legal if you are a business.

Nevermind that he is selling expensive items and is probably making quite a bit pretending to be a business.

I should add that his feedback for last month indicates £1030 of sales.

Only around 60% of people leave feedback too..
