I had a match earlier because I wanted to get back into Silver, and my god two of my team mates were completely brain dead. Our Wu top and Cass mid fed the enemy Aatrox and Ryze respectively early on and I couldn't carry those guys for **** in the end. There were moments where I thought I could (I was playing Quinn with my mate as Thresh and we were winning bot lane quite hard), but despite my advantage compared to their bot lane I couldn't do anything late game because Ryze killed me in like two hits. We were pulling it back mid-game, but then Ryze got a quadra and then it was basically GG.

Don't get me started on Bronze.

If there was a pill that had to go into my back side to make my team play better everygame i would take it just to climb this ladder.

I can't seem to put two wins together i always end up with a dude who troll picks cos he last pick and don't wanna support or someone who don't work as team and engages vs 3 then cries they had no help.

So frustrating, most people will say oh carry harder but you can't carry 2/3 brain dead people its impossible.

I now have 26 more losses than wins and i really ain't tht bad !

That sucks, though silver isn't much different sadly :-(

I think that you only get rid of most the trolls / rage quitters / afks at around platinum 5
 
Loving Zac as jungle. Think I'll have to get him cos he's so much fun to play. The Slingshot to engage or escape. Lets Bounce for a bit of CC to allow your team to nuke or to completely bait people into killing you.
Had a great ending to the last game where they came to try and gank me in top lane picking up some farm, the whole team saw it and came towards me. I slingshot over the wall and find a Ryze and Teemo, they start trying to take me down... just before my team comes into view I turn on Lets Bounce and we just roll straight over those 2 and Garen just as there ADC and Support turn up to a 5v2 where the only person who took damage was me. They surrendered after that since we took 2 turrets and an inhib from it.

Re: Udyr. I tried him. Had a game against him the other day where he basically stomped everyone and from playing him I can't figure out how. I guess its cos there team went ahead relatively early from a few well timed ganks but he just didn't seem up to much. Basically if he's ahead his tankyness lets him brute force his way around the battle without taking too much damage. Couple of games I've played him on we weren't ahead in 1 and were about even in the other. Both games Udyr became more useless the longer the game went on for. One of them came to the point of being a 6 item build match and his hp, armour and turtle stance counted for absolutely nothing, he'd get bursted down before I could change stances.

Yeah I tried him too and he's awesome :-) too bad the game I played with him my team didn't know how to focus the right targets :-(

Common misconception, but it's really not true. Trolls, leavers, etc happen at all levels of play. People just say "oh I'm only in bronze because of trolls" because it's easier for them to justify not being so great at the game. Which is fine because the vast majority of players are bronze level.

I strongly believe that if you take a platinum player and put him in bronze 5, he will always carry himself back up to platinum no matter what. No amount of trolls or leavers is going to stop him. If you're stuck in silver or gold or whatever it's because you're a silver or gold player level player at this point in time. If you stop caring about what colour your rank is and just play the game (hours played = skill) you'll go up in rank eventually.

I ask anyone who is apparently stuck in bronze to post their total number of games played in League. If you have less than 2000 games total (i.e 1000 wins across normals and ranked), then you simply haven't played enough to be good enough to carry yourself yet. Of course it's possible to be really good with fewer wins, but that's less likely.

If you truly think you're good enough to be a higher rank than your current, feel free to post a replay. I'll take a look at it and give you critique, I'm sure some others here would do the same. I'm not the greatest player but any outside advice can help.

Can not agree more, I'm stuck in Silver 3 atm, not because of my teammates but because I suck and can't carry hard enough, anyone in bronze/silver is in the same situation, they just aren't good enough to carry the rest of there team.

Whilst i do believe some people belong in bronze i truly believe i dnt belong in silver 5.

I'll get lolreplay reinstalled and post one of my replays cos some of the stuff people do is so dumb its unreal and don't be fooled by my account cos when i transfered from eune to euwest i lost all my stats cos i had an account on both servers

I normally go Brutiliser > IE > Shiv > Trinity > BT > Lucidity Boots

Tis true, though I can see why this is not as advantageous since the top 3 will usually secure the top, mid and adc positions, which are the ones the enemy team wants to counter.

On the other hand im sure the top 3 picks wouldnt mind trading with the last 2 if they wernt simply gonna steal their lane and ruin the game xD

I think they are going to nerf Nunu's early jungle soon, its just insane and you cant duel him after he steals something since hes full hp, you're not and hes level 2 and you are level 1 xD

Only solution is to ward and keep 2 other members close, but that will make them miss lane CS.
