Ubisoft get's hacked, personal info stolen...

1 password to change, bsh, done. lol

For all you lot with the same password in places, If you use chrome, I heartily recommend using LastPass to manage and generate new passwords, It's very good. :)

Great news the hackers have another load of passwords they can glean information from to make their job easier.

Works with Firefox/IE too and on android etc. Brilliant system, there are alternatives too though :)

Keepass, 1password etc.

Personally I use lastpass for everything except my e-mail, which is a complex password that only I know and isn't written anywhere.

Hmm checked last pass and it wants me to send encrypt data and make an account with lasspass. So I uninstalled.

Sorry but encrypted or not you're not getting my user/passwords, ubisoft is encrpyted and look what happened. I'll try the others

Thankfully Ubi is one of the places I used a completely different password but I can't change it as their servers are down

Fortunately i have my own sort of algorithm i use in my head to generate passwords for different sites.

Good grief you clearly don't understand how Lastpass works

I also use KeePass for all my passwords. In this day and age of endless hacking and information leaks having everything connected to one password is really dangerous.

Set up KeePass and have it automatically backup to a dropbox account. Then keep the optional security file (KeePass needs both the security file and the database file to open stuff) separate on a USB stick for added security.

Been using a set-up like this for ages now.
