yesterday was great listening to talksport and watching sky sports news, loads of gossip and footy banter but today its been poor.All they have talked about is cricket and golf
 
When Pepe goes it'll feel the same as when Hyypia, Kuyt, and Carra went. Absolutely brilliant servants to the club. Sad to see them retiring and/or moving on.
 
No surprises that Napoli are in for Reina and I'm sure working with Valero again will only help Reina get back to his very best if the move does happen.

A few weeks back I was certain he was off to Barca but maybe the Valdes-Monaco deal falling through stalled it. Hopefully Napoli's interest will force Barca's hand into coming back in for Reina before Valdes' future is resolved - we need a couple of clubs in for him or else we're going to have our pants pulled down after already bringing in Mignolet.

The vibe I'm getting is that Real want more than the 25ish million we are prepared to spend, pushing closer to 40million due to Chealse and Napoli interest.

So Wenger's got this bright idea if I am going to spend close to 40million we'll go for Suarez.

However the Suarez thing could still be a smoke screen to get the Higuain price as low as possible, bt of course Chelsea and Napoli complecate things.

I think once Wenger gets a taste of spening 30+ million on a player and then realiseing that he cant do that as easily as other clubs, he'll realise that a rich backer is almost a neccesity.

Sorry i wasnt specific. my own personal contract talks is back on, not the RM player but just like my situation, never say never on boths ides till its set in stone.

i got a feeling arsenal will get him. so long as he is still in RM then arsenal have a chance. btw it was both Mata and hazard that chelsea stole from arsenal

I don't understand the hype. He made plenty of strange, calamitous errors for AC Milan too including a comical own goal in the CL in his final season (he literally passed it into the back of the net) and at PSG he's done the same. Many pundits regard him as the best CB in the World. Praise that's way beyond his qualities. He's good, at times great, but not the best.

I've watched a lot of him. Fantastic player and he's not over rated.
 
So Mourinho is really turning it on regarding Rooney, just watching some SSN and saw Mourinho saying that if Rooney isnt the starter at Utd next season, his place for the WC is under threat. I can see his point but the fact that he is saying it along with Chelsea making a bid for him albeit shot down in flames, is quite frankly classless in all honesty. If it was someone like Harry Redknapp saying it then it wouldnt be an issue as its not likely Rooney is going to sign for QPR lol.

But its Chelsea, what do you expect??:p
