fast tech sell the protank device cheap i see it, but i cant see any replacement heads etc. can you spot them?

They've not started selling them yet. They will eventually though.

Healthcabin sell them but it's probably worth adding more to the order as it's not free delivery. I've heard all their stuff is genuine and the Kanger Evods are a good price too:

Ah there you go then, I didn't look but i did order some Evod heads from them when i got my Vamo v3 so i just assumed they had them on there somewhere!



d_brennen: They are my tank of choice, at least for now anyway, good vapour etc without too much faffing about like a Genisis style.

What battery are you using? An Ego, mod? You could try an Evod or even a Protank Mini if you have the Ego style battery.

Yas, I'd suggest getting at least one backup atomiser, then a backup for your backup

It's handy to have a few as you can use each for a different flavour. I have 5 different tanks on the go, each with different flavours as I get bored easily and like to change through the day.

Fasttech are doing the protanks for £7.50 at the moment. Delivery is from China so will take approximately 7-14 days.

and the the batteries have packed up already and don't hold a charge, PLUS the charger than came with it is dodgy as hell, makes noises and looks cheap as...

any recommendations for batteies for the VAMO V2 ?

These are my personal favourite 18650 batteries:

For 18350s, I buy Efest IMR 800mAH batteries from China at £12.50 for 4. AW IMR 18350s are regarded as the best though but you pay more for the quality.

Charger - intellicharger i2 or i4. You can also get those from Fasttech. Xtar chargers are supposed to be quite safe too.

They're 18350's, short ones, have you been stacking them both in the vamo?

Ideally you should be using one 18650 (Big battery) in big mode or one 18350 (Stumpy battery) in little mode only.

The ones to the left in your picture are 18350 batteries.

18650 batteries are about twice as long and have a much higher capacity.

In your picture, you've got the 18650 tube on your Vamo so I was assuming that you wanted 18650 batteries Unless of course you stack two 18350s in your Vamo which isn't something I like to do. You're much better off using single 18650s if you want the Vamo in long mode.

Am also using a protank and vamo, although mine is the black chrome which is gradually rubbing off now...

Those are 10A drain rated but aren't protected. They are IMR batteries with the 'safe' manganese chemistry instead of cobalt that's used in ICR batteries.

*Edit to Add* The reviews suggest otherwise, but the wife ordered these so will let you know next week when they arrive.

Yep ive got the grommit on and its covering the wick. Anyhow after i cleaned it up and re-sealed it back, havent seen any leakages yet...i think i didnt tighten the bottom part tight enough so im thinking that is what caused the leak because after a day or 2, i havent seen any leaks.

Got my new flavours from Simon today, got strawberry and apple tart. He threw in a small bottle of raspberry which was kind of him. Currently got strawberry in my protank, 18mg nicotine level and its pretty nice. Getting one hell of a throat hit but probably due to the fact that its 18mg nic level rather than the 10mg nic that was my bubble gum flavour.

Going to try out apple tart and raspberry as well later today...looks like im going to be spending most of my time cleaning out my protank as i try different flavours lol.
