Thanks for the reply, and yes it does seem like they have changed the design, although the logo is clearly different and the tip isn't the same. Wife said it is a much tighter draw on this new one, she much prefers the older one.
Not sure why it keeps leaking, she's checked it thoroughly, and the little air bubbles in the juice show something is not right. If push comes to shove she can use it as a mini lava lamp.

Can you link the one she bought? They have both real and 'copies' on fasttech. Unless it says Kanger in the name it is a copy. real protank and copy of protank

@Whistleblower, the one on the right, is that a rubber grommet i can see near the bottom of the centre post? as there is none on the left one, are the 2 bases where the coils screw in the same?
I may be wrong but i have noticed on fastttech there is a protank knockoff on the site, but it doesnt say 'Kanger' on the tank or in the description.
Oh and my protank is also the same as the left one.

No, that's part of the base which i assume is stainless.

I found his juices to be wack. But put yourself down on a sample list of pieboy's receipie on ukvapers. It's absolutely amazing and flavorsome. If you can't get on the list then he lists his recipes which you can diy.

By all means you can try the other stuff, but get a small quantity and don't go spending too much.

Took someones advice on here and cleaned by battery head and the charger head with vodka. Battery now charges and I got my vape back.

More than likely problems with the electronic shopping system he uses. I had similar problems when I placed my first order with them but he sorted the order out via email quite painlessly in the end.

Thanks. Only started on Tuesday with a starter kit I bought from the local market and managed to cut down how much I smoke by half already.


Any idea how long they take to deliver if dispatched on Wednesday, there's no tracking info so I don't know when to expect the order?

My package was sent 1st class recorded and got here the next day so if it's the same for you then you'll probably get it tomorrow, if not Friday.

I fancy ordering myself a Vamo now from reading in here months ago avoid the SS Chrome and go with the Stainless Steel one due to finger marks etc is that right?

Now sorry I know it has been said plenty of time I would imagine but could someone spec me a battery for in Mini Mode and then Full Mode too being the best possible batteries I can buy? Also is it a case of 2 of each to alternate them?

And I am sick of buying rubbish replacement heads for my Evods I just feel like they do not last what so ever so I would really like to get myself an RSST to stick on the Vamo as they look great and would like to get in to Re-Wicking.

Also could someone recommend me some wick and wire and a place to get it from please!

Just tried the Kanger ProTank myself, and not getting on with the muted flavour. Keep telling myself I'll never try another clearomiser-style tank, then I do this.

Needed a replacement for my AGR carto tank, which was the best thing in the world except for one thing -- the poor quality sleeves. ANY juice I tried, over time, would cause it to split at the threads... not to mention unscrewing the top/bottom to change carto would also cause damage -- you could feel it "grind" in the threads, just waiting to saw its way through the polycarbonate.

So I pop online today and find what? THE AGR+ CARTO TANK! Now with Pyrex glass sleeves, and an inner tube which houses the carto so you can change with no mess if it burns out halfway through a tank! Ordered that mofo instantly... can't wait. Though I'll have to endure yet another ear-bashing from the wife.

Also, scorchisio and j.col -- you both probably think I'm a douchebag, but I've had your packages sitting here for over a month now waiting to be posted. First, finance in the office hadn't topped up the franking fund so I had to wait. After a while of them not doing that, I brought them home, then never got a chance to get to the Post Office. Now, however, the wife is on summer holidays so I'll get her down there at some point to send 'em. I've thrown in some juice as well.

Just spent the last 20 mins tapping a good reply with links to Slowtech and UK sites, there's a SS Vamo kit (V2 & V3) with Panasonic batts & Nitecore charger on Slowtech, plus links to Kanger ProTank for £7.50 delivered, and The mesh company site, only to press the back button and lose it all

Will type it out again when in front of the Pc...

TL;DR Save 70%, but wait 2 weeks and order from Fasttech.com, including juice.
Or pay 3 times as much but get it on Friday...

Today some of Scope's juices arrived in the post, Banana, Raspberry Mix & Peach Mix.

All absolutely fabulous!!! The Banana is almost like a Banana Milkshake without being too sweet, creamy and full of flavour. Perfect for after a meal and definitely will be a juice I use on a regular basis.

The Peach Mix and Raspberry Mix are also just amazing, hint of pastry and spices with either a lovely tart Raspberry flavour or a sweet Peach flavour. The Raspberry is by far my favourite though and my all day vape.

I've tried all of his juices now and I have to say they are the best I've tried, quality ingredients used, full of flavour and his customer service is second to none! Really friendly and a knowledgeable guy and he goes out his way to help.

If you haven't tried them yet your missing out.

Got mine today too. So far I'm still on the Peach mini sample he sent me, it is delicious, I'm not normally a peach kinda guy, but the hint of vanilla and I think cinammon is incredible.

Annoyingly, I've left them at work so I'll be stopping in tomorrow to grab them so I can get started on the others

He's hopefully looking at a blueberry mix similar to Starbuzz Blue Mist hookah flavour so if he can work his magic on that, I'll be buying it by the tonne

Keep at it, it's strange at first but once you've gone a few days you won't look back. So many nice flavours to try!

I stopped smoking on the 2nd May this year and now can't stand the smell of fags, I love vaping and can't ever see me picking up a cigarette again.

It takes a bit of getting used to. Stick with it for two weeks. That's about how long it took me to find my rhythm with it. What gear are you using? That can have a huge impact on your experience as well.

Well, I'm using a ego I believe. I filled my carto earlier tonight in prep. I've got an ego battery, clearomiser ce4 and some vanilla ice cream e juice. Its not too bad after it gets heated up. I think because I tried it from cold it was a bit ooer.

Advice needed from Vamo users!

After letting my Vamo and Protank roll off the table at work and on to the hard floor (facepalm), the Protank snapped off my Vamo at the stem - I had to go in with a pair of pliers to twist the Protank's thread off. Of course, it's now completely unusable until I can find somewhere to buy a replacement coil base. Have bought a replacement tank in the meantime, but that's only half the problem.

Intermittently, the Vamo now no longer fires when I press the button - feels like 60/40 chance it will fire when I try and vape. Have tried everything I can think of - cleaning the thread out with vodka/cotton bud, different battery, stretching the spring in the base a bit so it presses the battery in more firmly. Have a depressing feeling I've knackered it, possibly a piece of solder knocked loose inside the switch

Was thinking about getting a stainless anyway, as others have experienced with the black chrome model, the chrome is rubbing off and getting very easily scratched. Hey ho, live and learn - don't let your Vamo roll off your desk!
