Who did you join? I believe both RvB and Eve Uni teach you how to pvp at a basic level. Not sure how restrictive they are from then onwards though (I get the impression RvB gets a bit repetative and Eve Uni is a bit restricted in where you can go or something?)
I was in Space Marine Academy a few years ago and they did in depth lessons on how to manually pilot, how to approach safely, some comms discipline etc. They were *hugely* restrictive in how it worked though. Always be on comms, be in fleet, run missions with other people and not on your own. Don't undock if wardecced. But they did teach stuff well.
Perhaps someone like them might be worth a look to pick up the basics and then join RvB or some faction warfare guys?
im stuck with a ship of mine CORAX, my cpu is gettin used up fast. how do i make it bigger and not get used as much and also my copasator is getting used up fast too haha.
Yea I'm up to about 13 mil SP and this is where I struggle because I have that SP but know nothing about the game due to leaving and coming back. I can fly a nice range of ships I think, I'm Minmatar only and can fly Wolf/Jaguar/Hurricane/Maelstorm/Hound with a range of T2 fittings, I have over 8Mil SP in gunnery.Snip
I'll have a look at your old CORP, I struggle though as I don't enjoy PvE in most games let alone Eve but I'm guessing I have to start somewhere though... Again though I just find myself sat in a hanger doing nothing![]()
I'm sure there must be active UK corps that will train up new players and keep you interested in the game if you like PvP. Might be worth asking around in chat channels such as the Rookie help channel and Eve Uni?
