Hooray we're back and running as the Vapers Lounge

I won't be mixing my 50ml batch up just yet! I may split off 10ml to play with, but I'm committed now to letting it steep.

I started vaping my capella graham cracker today and immediately had to water it down. 10% is fine for that liquid! Very nice, overtones of cinnamon with something else. I see myself mixing it with some apple tart maybe.

I don't think Graham's cracker is really supposed to be a standalone flavour from tasting the little batch I made. More of a low % in a mix.

We really don't know how this will play out. Worse case is you'll not be able to buy anything on the market as stands. There is a good chance even if this does come into force it will be over ruled in court (there has been lots of cases over nicotine as a medicine and all courts have decided it isn't) I saw some TW bashing but they are likely to be the people putting up a lot of the money for case if this comes to pass. They did in the USA.

The way I see it is Government know they need tobacco tax money and the anti smoking lot know if enough people use ecigs their jobs would disappear.

If you are really interested Clive bates is a good place to get the facts. He is an expert in harm reduction and public health who is fighting on the vapers side.

Very useful info. You lot may have noticed I'm not one of the vocal TW bashers, and this is exactly why. Right now, they're the the best industry face for our hobby and are forming cogent arguments in defence of vaping. Their products may not be for me, but they are quite progressive in developing a recognisable brand in what is quite a frenetic market.

Am I right in believing that the EU legal scrutiny committee have advised that the amendment is illegal? Which may give the opening to have it overturned.

Still awaiting delivery on mine, should be here by the middle of next week with a bit of luck. From video reviews and such I've read, seems to be mostly the same as the Vamo in terms of operation... really want to get my Protank off the bloody eGo battery though

Oh I remember it and all the legal threats and knobbing about. I'm not saying they're the best company. I'm saying they are in a strong position to further our cause when it comes to the tobacco directive. They have their place in the market. I don't think we're their target audience either, but as the saying goes: the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

They kicked him out of his own company not long ago for things like the above and their group that went to the EU said some silly things too. They aren't the only company putting money a side for a legal case if it comes to that they are one of them.

The legal group for the EU have said they have issues with the TDP (sorry I forget the name for that group) so have the fair market type group. The main group have the power to ignore this advice and have in other directives before.

From what I've seen either the UK members of the EU parliament are idiots or playing dumb. I think the best out come we can hope for right now is ecigs being dropped so they can rush the TPD to pass. There has been a rush to get it passed since dali-gate. The whole thing is terribly complex to understand and I while I've been following it it is hard to get your head around.

The have said often about 'light touch' rules but everything that has been found on what that means goes far to far.

I don't really know what Innokin were thinking of when they made the 134. It's hideous IMO.

As well as the billet box VTR coming out (which looks restrictive in terms of what you can stick on it but does run on an 18650), they're also apparently updating the MVP box mod to have VW and a resistance checker which really should have been included in the first version. I'll be jumping on that if the price isn't too unreasonable. What would be even better is if the new MVP took an 18650 or two but I don't think they're doing that.

It is, but you have to be careful it doesn't burn (ie, don't dry burn the coil with wick in place!)

Is pretty much the consensus for the slippy road into the big stuff.

Juice wise, Vapeland's stuff is a bit on the Tesco stripey blue label side of things, so you might want to try eventually try something a little more upmarket from elsewhere.

There is a store near me doing a similar kit for £30 with 4 bottles of 'juice'...Is there a place I can order for cheaper at all?

I can't remember who bought the Kayfun Lite, but how are you finding it? What's the alternative or direct competition to it? A silica wick styled atomiser that holds 2.5ml-5ml of e-juice as well which from watching videos I assume is what the Kayfun is.

Do you find the air hole okay, iirc it's 1mm which maybe too restrictive when taking a draw.

@Yas the Apple Tart dropped today and i am currently vaping it in my Aga T2.
Not sure on it yet lol, its a quite strong taste and i am getting a strong cinnamon after taste which i dont know if i like yet lol.
