Had an iphone 5 since December and recently the lock button on the top completely stopped working. Booked an appointment and just expected them to fix the phone there and then, nope walked out the shop with a brand new phone. Great customer service and took all of 10 minutes.
Anyone experienced the same? Just seems very rare a company would hand you a brand new product without trying to fix or charge you, especially considering the guy didn't even check the button himself, just watched me press it a few times.
